Repair Process

2) Then we will send you a repair request form via eBay Messenger.
3) Then, your company can fill out a repair request form and send it to us.
4) We will then send you an repair estimate with shipping instructions.
5) If you want to proceed the repair, Ship your unit to us at your earliest convenience (Buyer pays for shipping to us and we cover shipping on the way back)
6) We will receive the unit and repair
7) Once repaired, Upon receipt of your payment we will ship your unit back to you

When sending a product, the serial number must be included on the invoice for customs clearance.
Repair Lead Times
A normal repair can be completed within 2-5 BUSINESS days depending on part stock and the type of unit you’re sending in.
If additional non stock parts are needed, this could increase lead time, especially if parts must be sourced from overseas.
Unrepairable Units
If the unit is un-repairable, we will gladly refund your repair fee.
Warranty Information
– Our repairs are guaranteed for 6-12 Months, depending on which product you are repairing.
– The warranty begins on the day we ship your unit back to you.
– All customer units are logged in our system with their model and serial number. If these numbers do not match upon return, we cannot honor your warranty.
– If any warranty seal is damaged, there is evidence of internal tampering, or if there is evidence of repairs by another repair company, the warranty will no longer be valid.
– If your warranty claim is not accepted, you can either decide to get the unit repaired again or have it returned at your expense. All warranty claims MUST be shipped back to us for warranty evaluation.
